Refund and Returns Policy

At Relikart, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, simple, and fully compliant with Google Merchant Center guidelines.


Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The product is not working upon delivery

  • The received product is expired or unusable

  • The product is significantly different from the description shown on our website

  • You changed your mind (product must be unused and in original packaging)


Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product is functioning properly, not defective, and matches the order

  • The product has been misused or damaged after delivery

  • Original packaging, labels, or accessories are missing

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery (unless under brand warranty)

  • If you change your mind but used product and now is no longer in new shape we may don’t accept return/refund or exchange.

📦 How to Request a Return or Replacement
  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery:

  2. Provide your order details (order ID, mobile number, email)

  3. Send photo or video proof of the issue to our representative

  4. Our team will verify the issue and respond within 24–48 working hours


🔁 Return & Refund Process
  • If your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product at no extra cost

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be issued within 24–48 business hours

  • Refunds will be sent to your original payment method
    (For Cash on Delivery orders: refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer)


🚚 Exchange Policy

If you request an exchange, your replacement product will be shipped within our standard delivery time of 2–3 business days
(delivery time may vary depending on location — up to 5–7 days)

We offer 100% protection on all eligible returns and refunds.
You don’t need to pay anything — your full purchase amount will be refunded.
