To activate the cooling effect, you simply soak the inner pouch in cool water for a few minutes — usually about 5–10 min. As the crystals absorb the water, they turn into a gel that slowly evaporates, drawing heat away and keeping the inside of the pouch cool for an extended period (typically around 36–48 hours once fully activated).

3. Insert Insulin: Place your insulin pens or vials into the pouch once it’s ready. The cooling gel will help maintain a comfortable temperature.
4. Re-activate: When the pouch begins to warm, simply re-soak to refresh the cooling effect.
