How To Use

1. Place the pad on the target area (back, neck, shoulder, abdomen, etc.).

3. Switch the device ON; allow it to warm up until a comfortable temperature is reached.
4. Adjust position as needed for comfort and safety.
5. After use, switch OFF and unplug. Let the pad cool before folding or covering.
6. For washable models: remove outer cover if applicable and follow manufacturer washing instructions.
