Care & Usage Tips

Putting it on : Slide shoulder into brace, align straps, adjust Velcro so that compression is firm but not painful.
Check fit : Ensure the brace sits over the joint properly, does not dig into skin, and allows comfortable movement of non-injured parts.
Use varying compression : Tighten more during activity, loosen when resting.
Breaks : Remove occasionally to allow skin to breathe and check skin for irritation.
Washing : Use mild detergent, hand wash or gentle machine cycle, air dry (avoid heat which can damage mesh / elastic).
Inspection : Check for fraying, weakening of Velcro, seam damage, especially around edges / holes.
