Madhu Green Touch Lissamine Green Strips 100 Count (Pack Of 2) are sterile diagnostic ophthalmic strips impregnated with approximately 1.5 mg of lissamine green dye, used to evaluate ocular surface health, dry eye syndrome, and damaged or devitalized corneal and conjunctival cells.

A disposable Whatman filter paper No.1 round blunt tip (impregnated with Lissamine Green dye) sandwiched between a sticker paper stick (overall length 60mm). Each strip is packed individually in pouches before sterilization.

Features and Benefits:-
It does not stain healthy, proliferating ocular surface cells and has a minimal effect on cell viability.
It does not sting the eye like Rose Bengal, and white light or blue light can be used on the slit lamp during detection
Available as sterile strips in individual pouches.
Each strip is impregnated with approximately 1.50 mg of Lissamine Green.

INTENDED USE / INDICATION FOR USE:
A disposable sterile ophthalmic diagnostic strip used when superficial conjunctival or corneal tissue change is suspected

MATERIALS USED:
Whatman filter paper, Sticker Paper, Lissamine Green Powder.

TARGET AGE GROUP:
Can be used for all age groups.

INTENDED USER:
Any of the registered medical doctor/medical professionals.

DURATION OF USE:
Transient Use (Less than 60 Minutes).

DIRECTION FOR USE:
Check the package sealing integrity to ensure sterility.
Remove the Lissamine Green from sterile packaging.
Moisten Lissamine Green impregnated strip with sterile water or sterile ophthalmic solution.
Tear fluid from the lower fornix may be used.
While the patient looks up, touch conjunctiva or fornix with moistened tip.
For optimal results, the patient should blink several times after application.
