Directions for Use:
Loosen the round protective cap on the lancet but do not remove it (Rotate ¼ turn).
Insert Lancet firmly into Lancing Device.
Carefully twist off the round protective cap.
Lance Skin and apply blood to test strips.
Use lancet ejector to remove the lancet.
Dispose of used lancet in an appropriate container.

Store in a cool dry place away in a hygienic area.
Do not reuse lancets.
