The OMRON HEM-7181 is a fully automatic upper-arm digital blood pressure monitor designed for convenient and reliable blood-pressure and pulse-rate measurement at home. It uses oscillometric measurement technology and OMRON’s automatic inflation system to simplify the measurement process. The monitor provides readings for systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate on an easy-to-read LCD display.

The HEM-7181 includes features such as a hypertension indicator, irregular heartbeat detection, body movement detection, cuff wrapping guidance and memory storage. It can store up to 14 previous readings, allowing users to review their measurement history and monitor changes over time.

The monitor is powered by four AA batteries and can also be used with the optional OMRON HHP-BH01 AC adapter. Depending on the cuff supplied with the particular package, the monitor supports arm circumferences from 17–42 cm; the standard included HEM-CR24 cuff is designed for 22–32 cm, while compatible optional cuffs are available for other arm sizes.
