Size & Fit
To get good effectiveness and comfort:

Choose the size (S / M / L) based on how thick your neck is / neck circumference.
Fit so that the chin is properly supported by the chin portion of the collar. It should wrap around the back of the neck, fastened securely but not tight to the point of discomfort or restricting breathing.
When fitting: keep your head upright, chin level, look forward. Adjust Velcro such that you feel support under the chin and around the neck.

Usage Tips & Care

Clean gently: hand wash with mild soap & water; do not use harsh chemicals. Rinse completely. Dry by air, avoid direct sun or extreme heat that can degrade foam.
Use as recommended by your healthcare provider. Typically for short to moderate durations, depending on severity of neck pain / strain.
Periodically remove it (following guidance) to allow neck exercises / movement if prescribed — to avoid muscle weakening.
Watch for skin irritation especially where collar contacts skin; pad or adjust fit if needed
