Trust Line HIV 1/2 Ab Rapid 30 Test is an antibody test for screening blood bank supplies and monitoring HIV prevalence. This product features: A lateral flow immunoassay for the simultaneous detection and differentiation of HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies (IgG, IgM, IgA) in human serum, plasma or whole blood.

How It Works

1. A sample (usually a drop of blood or serum) is added to the test device.

2. A buffer is added to help the sample flow across the test strip.

3. If anti-HIV antibodies are present, they bind to antigens immobilized on the strip.

4. A visible colored line appears in the test region (T) along with the control line (C).

   • Two lines = Positive

   • One control line only = Negative

   • No control line = Invalid test
